Qualifications

• Full UK driving license (insurance purposes) must be held.
• Experience in care or support work is desirable, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
• Encourage participation in activities and community life.
• Support residents in achieving personal outcomes and tracking progress.
• Maintain accurate records, care plans, and daily notes.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Uphold safety, confidentiality and policies.
