Job summary

Care Without Compromise in Wales is recruiting a Social Care Worker to provide personal care, support residents with daily activities and follow care plans. The role involves shift work and weekends on a rota basis, with training provided and opportunities to develop skills within our therapeutic care framework.

The successful candidate will have a full or provisional UK driving licence and be committed to a person-centred approach, ensuring residents are safe, engaged and valued.

Qualifications

• Full or provisional UK driving licence required.
• Experience in social care or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care – bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting residents with daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plans and company policies/procedures
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completing training as required
