Advance Housing & Support Ltd in Basingstoke is seeking a part-time Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, or mental health conditions to lead the lives they choose. The role offers 30 contracted hours weekly, with weekend availability and shifts across days and evenings.

You will help with personal care, meals, medical appointments, and daily records, while receiving training and development opportunities within a values-driven not-for-profit

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
• Medication administration (if required)
• Support with preparing and cooking meals
• Support with attending medical appointments
• Support with social activities
• Support with independent skills
• Support with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
• Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required
• Keeping up to date with your training
