St Martins Care Ltd. is seeking a Support Worker to help run a busy care home with flexible hours and alternate weekends, offering the chance to make a real difference in residents' lives.

Responsibilities include following care plans, maintaining records, and promoting residents' welfare while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Prior experience is not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Good English (written and verbal).
• Proficient written skills to maintain care plans and care records.
• Communication skills to build rapport with residents and inform colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents are at the heart of care delivery and respect their wishes.
• Follow care plans and other supporting information.
• Inform the Team Leader of changes in a resident’s needs.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of residents.
