Advance is seeking a Casual Support Worker in Basingstoke, RG21 to assist customers with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The role involves personal care, medication support where needed, meal prep, attending appointments and helping with daily activities.

Full training is provided and there are opportunities to progress within the organisation. Hours are zero contracted; shifts can include days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene (if required)
• Medication administration (if required)
• Support with meals preparation
• Attend medical appointments
• Support social activities
• Maintain and update care plans and records
• Keep training up to date
• Ensure premises are safe and secure during night shifts
• Monitor customer safety with regular checks
