Community Integrated Care in Marple, Stockport, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns and physical disabilities, helping them live their best lives at home and in the community.

You will support with daily routines, medication, cooking, personal care and managing finances, guided by a person-centred approach. A UK driving licence would be a bonus, and DBS/PVG checks are paid.

Qualifications

• Providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns and physical disabilities.
• Supporting daily routines, personal care, and independence.
• Ability to work in home and community settings.
