Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a Female Support Worker for our Supported Living service in Hemsworth. You will provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, helping them live independently and engage with the local community.

We offer guaranteed contracted hours, 28 days holiday, a pension scheme, DBS paid, flexible shifts and ongoing development opportunities. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
