Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking caring support workers to help individuals in Marple, Stockport, both at home and in the community. You will assist with daily tasks such as medication, cooking, personal care and home maintenance to promote independence and safety.

• Support people at home and in the community with their interests, hobbies and goals.
• Support with taking medication.
