Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking caring support workers to help individuals in Marple, Stockport, both at home and in the community. You will assist with daily tasks such as medication, cooking, personal care and home maintenance to promote independence and safety.

Job description

You will be supporting these people at home, but also within the community too with their interests and hobbies and goals. Location- Marple, Stockport. Our support team are experienced and work well together to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes. This can include:

• Supporting with taking medication
• Cooking
• Assisting with personal care
• Maintaining the homes of the people supported and managing their finances
