Job summary

SCR is seeking a passionate Childrens Support Worker in Market Harborough to work on a flexible basis, delivering a high standard of care and supporting the young person's emotional wellbeing. You will work as part of a team to help service users maximise their choices, rights and decisions, ensuring safeguarding and welfare at all times.

A driving licence is required and training will be provided. Excellent rates of pay and flexible working hours are offered, with potential permanent positions

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• 6 months experience in a similar setting.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People is helpful but not essential.
• Empathetic and non-judgemental with a calm demeanour.
• Dedicated with a can-do attitude.
