Style Acre is seeking a caring and patient Support Worker to help people with personal care, meals, shopping and daily tasks, while enabling them to enjoy varied activities. You’ll join a friendly team delivering meaningful experiences from music and cinema trips to days out, with lunch and dinner provided on shift.

We offer benefits including 30 days annual leave (pro‑rata for part time), £68 per night for sleep-ins, a 5% employer pension, flexible hours, ongoing training and Perkbox perks.

Qualifications

• Background in care or working with people with specific needs preferred.
• Full training and induction provided to all staff.
• Positive, can-do and professional attitude required.
• Reliable and flexible, able to do sleep overs.
• A valid UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals with personal care, meals, shopping and daily tasks.
• Support participation in varied activities and outings.
• Provide and assist with daily living tasks; ensure safety and well-being.
