Job summary

Dimensions in Poundbury, Dorchester, is seeking compassionate, full-time Support Workers to assist five gents aged 40-60 living across four flats in a supported-living setting.

You’ll help with daily tasks, promote independence, join in activities such as swimming and arts and crafts, and support safe travel and community participation.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable full-time Support Workers.
• Willing to work various shifts including long-days, sleep-ins and alternate weekends.
• Sleep in payments are £50 per sleep in, equating to £2,400 extra per year (based on 48 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living tasks and activities in a supported-living setting.
• Encourage independence and social participation during community activities.
• Assist with personal care prompting and mobility as needed.
