Job summary

Choice Care Group in Chesterfield is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide compassionate personal care and daily activities to service users on a rota basis. This role requires 37.5 hours per week, including weekends, with comprehensive training.

The post supports individuals with varied needs and includes shift work in a care setting. You will work as part of a friendly team, following care plans and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have or commit to undertaking a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Role involves personal care and may require inclusive support.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration
• Assisting and getting involved in daily activities, hobbies or outings

All Support Workers at this service must already have or commit to undertaking a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care qualification.
