Job summary

MPA Recruitment is recruiting Social Care Support Workers for day centres in Enniskillen and Lisnaskea. You will support individuals with learning disabilities and/or dementia, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' experience in a similar role.
• Current NISCC registration or willingness to apply.
• Experience with individuals with learning disabilities and/or dementia.

• A satisfactory enhanced AccessNI check.
• A caring, compassionate and reliable approach to supporting vulnerable individuals.

The Role

As a Social Care Support Worker, you will support individuals attending day centre services, helping them maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting individuals with their daily activities and personal development.

Essential Criteria – Band 3

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
