Job summary

MPA Recruitment in Ballymena is seeking care assistants to join our teams across nursing homes, residential and day care settings with immediate starts available.

You will support service users with varying needs, assist at meals, mobility and daily activities while working alongside nurses to maintain high standards of care. Flexible shifts, family-friendly hours and weekly pay are offered, with full training and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a similar role
• NISCC Registered or willingness to apply
• Willingness to complete training courses
• Willingness to complete Access NI checks

• Promoting independence where possible
• Providing support with mobility
• General housekeeping duties

Job description

MPA are recruiting for care assistants in the Ballymena area. This position will be based in Nursing Homes, Residential and Day Care settings with an immediate start available.

The pay rate is £12.71- £22.34 per hour. The role will involve working with service users with adults with various additional needs and working closely with nurses to provide a high standard of care. As this position is ongoing this would be an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a well-established team with family friendly work hours, and flexible shifts at the weekend!
