Job summary

MPA Recruitment is seeking care assistants for roles in the Ballymena area, with positions based in Nursing Homes, Residential and Day Care settings and an immediate start available.

The role offers competitive hourly rates, weekly pay, flexible shifts including weekends, full training and ongoing development, plus access to an in-house training suite (Safety Intervention CPI), pension and holiday fund. Local shifts minimize travel and refer-a-friend scheme is available.

Job description

MPA are recruiting for care assistants in the Ballymena area.

This position will be based in Nursing Homes, Residential and Day Care settings with an immediate start available.

The pay rate is £12.71- £22.34 per hour. The role will involve working with service users, adults with various additional needs and working closely with nurses to provide a high standard of care. As this position is ongoing this would be an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a well-established team with family friendly work hours, and flexible shifts at the weekend!

Essential Criteria

• 6 months’ experience in a similar role
• NISCC Registered or willingness to apply
• Willingness to complete training courses
• Willingness to complete Access NI checks

Desirable Criteria

• Health and Social Care Qualification
