Job summary

Dimensions Group is looking for Relief Support Workers to help autistic adults and people with learning disabilities live independently in the Tees Valley. You will work flexible shifts across locations, with a focus on person-centred daily living tasks, meals, and activities.

A driving license and access to a car are required, and opportunities for growth exist within a wellbeing-focused culture. The role offers uplift for overtime and a supportive team in a Great Place to Work environment.

• Provide person-centred care and support with daily living tasks.
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, cleaning and laundry.
• Encourage independence and engagement in activities.
• Support one gentleman to attend Middlesbrough home games (football fans welcome!).
• Get involved in arts, crafts, and social activities, with adjustments made as needed during recruitment.

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Provide person-centred care and support with daily living tasks
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• Encourage independence and engagement in activities
• Support one gentleman to attend Middlesbrough home games (football fans welcome!)

Monday - Sunday: 09:00 - 23:00 (includes sleepover) & 07:00 - 09:00 the next day

Wednesday: 12:30 - 18:00

All other days: 15:00 - 19:00

Flexibility required to cover appointments and additional support needs
