Radis Community Care is looking for Part-Time Support Workers to join our team at Honeytree Court, Loughton.
Shift Details: Day shifts from 7am to 9pm (can be split into early and late shifts), including alternative weekends.
Hours: 16 hours per week plus overtime and sickness cover.
Our services at Honey Tree Court include Dementia, Mental Health, Older People (65+), Physical Disabilities, Sensory Impairments, and Younger Adults (Under 65) care.

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will primarily support elderly residents who face challenges due to physical frailty, helping them maintain independence. Responsibilities include assisting residents with mobility, supporting them to access dining areas, communal spaces, and bedrooms as needed.
You will also assist with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, and dressing. Additionally, you will have opportunities to engage residents in physical and mental activities, both individually and in groups, to promote wellbeing.
The role emphasizes promoting residents’ independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care.
