Job Description:

Radis Community Care is looking for a Part-Time Support Worker to join our team in Poppyfields, St Neots.

Note: We are currently unable to consider sponsorship for this role.

Shifts: Afternoons and Nights, including late shifts, 2 nights, and alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday), 5-10pm.

Providing sickness and holiday cover.

About the role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will primarily support elderly residents who are experiencing physical frailty, helping them maintain independence. Responsibilities include assisting residents with mobility, personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, and dressing, and encouraging participation in recreational and social activities.

The role promotes residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care.
