Radis Community Care is looking for Part Time Support Workers to join our team at Honeytree Court, Loughton.

Details

• Day shifts from 7am to 9pm (split shifts available), including alternate weekends
• 16 hours per week, with overtime and sickness cover

About the Role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will primarily support elderly residents facing physical frailty, helping them maintain independence. Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, helping residents move to dining and communal areas, and supporting personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, and dressing. You will also engage residents in recreational and social activities to promote mental and physical stimulation.

The role emphasizes promoting residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect through high standards of care.
