Radis Community Care is hiring a Support Worker to assist individuals in Exeter to live independently at home and in the community. You will provide day-to-day support with personal care, medication administration, meals, transport, and household tasks.

We value consistency, offering the same care team to clients, and pay enhanced rates for NVQ qualifications. This role is based at Edwards Court, Millbrook Care Village, Exeter EX2 6FU.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles preferred.

The Role of a Support Worker

As a Support Worker you will be working with people to live independently within their own home and local community by

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines the people we support have
