Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a caring Support Worker for night shifts in Bideford, North Devon. You will support residents at Moreton Court, providing personal care, medication assistance, meal prep, and community access within their homes.

The role emphasises consistency in caregiver assignments and opportunities for NVQ-based pay enhancements. Part-time, night shifts 10pm–7am, with weekly schedule.”

Qualifications

• Empathy and caring nature suitable for home-based support.
• Comfort with night shifts and long shifts (10pm–7am).
• Ability to follow care plans and routines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks (washing, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with medication administration as directed.
• Prepare meals and support nutritional needs.
• Enable client to access local community and activities.
• Support with day-to-day household duties and routines.

Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team based at Moreton Court, Birdwood Crescent, Bideford, North Devon, EX39 3FP

Part Time hours

Shifts
10pm - 7am
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday

Week 2 - Thursday, Friday, Saturday

The Role of a Support Worker

As a Support Worker you will be working with people to live independently within their own home and local community by

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration

• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines the people we support have
