Job summary

Radis Community Care invites caring individuals to join our Exeter team as Support Workers. Based at Edwards Court, Millbrook Care Village, you will help people live independently in their own homes and community settings.

We offer enhanced rates for NVQ qualifications and ensure you have the same care team members supporting you daily, fostering continuity and trust within the community you serve.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines the people we support have
