Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a caring Support Worker to join the Knowle area team based at Southlands & Anchor, Broadfield Road, Knowle, Bristol. Full and part-time positions are available, with shifts from 07:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 and alternate weekends.

You will help people live independently at home and in the community, supporting personal care, medication administration, meals, and day-to-day tasks, while enjoying enhanced NVQ pay rates and consistent daily support from the same

Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care and daily living assistance.
• Ability to administer medications safely.
• Willingness to support with meal preparation and household tasks.
• Strong communicator and community-based support.

Responsibilities

• Support people to live independently in their own home and local community.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing and dressing.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Help with meal preparation.
• Support accessing local community activities, shopping and trips.
• Assist with day-to-day household duties.
• Support with other daily routines as required.

The Role of a Support Worker

• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
