You don't need prior care experience—just kindness, patience, reliability and a passion for supporting others. The role covers personal care, home routines, activities, and outings, with training and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Kind, patient and reliable with a passion for helping others live fulfilling lives.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships and communicate with people supported, their families and colleagues.
• Basic IT skills to use digital systems for training and recording notes.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism and anxiety to live fulfilling and independent lives.
• Provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs.
• Assist with personal care and promoting independence around the home.
• Help with medication as required and provide reassurance and support for anxiety.
• Support people with activities and outings to achieve personal goals.
