Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Elizabeth Court service in Dorchester. You will help individuals with learning disabilities live independently, assist with daily routines and personal care, and build meaningful connections in the community.

You’ll support activities, outings, holidays, and person-centred care, while respecting choices and safety. Full training and funded progression to QCF Level 5 are offered, with a UK driving licence and right-to-work requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities is beneficial.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
