Agincare Wareham is seeking dedicated support workers to help people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs achieve meaningful, person-centred outcomes. You will work in a close-knit team supporting up to 11 residents, promoting independence and community participation.

We offer a refer-a-friend scheme, funded training, and a company pension. A full UK driving licence and right to work are required, with bank positions available at this service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK.
