Discovery is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help six individuals at Bradley View in Somerset live the life they choose. The role involves personal care, mobility assistance, and tailored support to promote independence and well-being.

You’ll join a friendly team, with opportunities for training through our accredited programmes and a clear path for progression. Flexible shifts and a supportive, inclusive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Attitude matters most and you are patient, kind and motivated to help others.
• Able to adapt to flexible shift patterns and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Assist with hoists and wheelchairs and offer 2:1 or 1:1 support as needed.
• Encourage independence and help people enjoy activities they choose.
• Support communication and accompany individuals on outings and events.
