Job summary

CareTech is seeking a dedicated Support Worker at the Redbourne Centre in North Lincolnshire. The role is permanent, full-time, with a 7-day rotation including nights, days and weekends, working up to 37.5 hours per week.

The rate is £12.81 per hour, with a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care and enabling independence for tenants. We value compassionate individuals who can build relationships with tenants and carers, support care planning and evaluation, and maintain thorough

Qualifications

• Good communication skills required.
• Experience working with young people and/or adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health problems.
• UK driving licence or other means of transport may be required due to rural location.

Responsibilities

• Assist the senior team with assessment of tenant needs, planning, delivery and evaluation of care for individuals or groups.
• Exercise professional autonomy and make judgments to satisfy job demands.
• Undertake clinical work as delegated by senior staff after training and competency assessment.
• Maintain accurate care records as per the care plan.
