Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker for Dove Valley Mews in England. You will work full-time 42 hours weekly on 12-hour shifts with an alternating weekend rota, delivering person-centered care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.

• Experience in care and support roles preferred.
• Ability to work shifts on a rolling rota.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with and report on medical & welfare needs
