Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a confident Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs across multiple sites. You will work full-time (42 hours per week) delivering person-centred care that enables people to live more independent and fulfilling lives.

The role involves supporting residents with daily activities, safeguarding, and ensuring a safe and clean environment while working as part of a supportive team across Dean Grange, Milestones and related services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering person-centred care
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication with colleagues and service users

Responsibilities

• Provide enhanced care and support for people across sites
• Offer physical and emotional support to individuals
• Learn about each person’s needs and assist appropriately
• Support with medical and welfare needs
• Report on welfare and medical needs as required
