Job summary

Voyage Care in Hindhead is seeking a Female Support Worker to help people gain more independence in daily life. You’ll join a dynamic team to support residents and participate in activities, outings to local bars, cinemas, and everyday tasks such as personal care.

Full UK driving license is required, and you’ll follow Positive Behaviour Support plans with reflective practice. DBS checks and references will apply. Competitive pay with enhanced overtime and weekend rates.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license required.
• Experience with enhanced support including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and trauma.
• Resilient, flexible and composed in approach; reflective practice is important.

Responsibilities
