Voyage-Care's Barnford House in Oldbury is seeking a caring Support Worker to help residents gain independence and engage in daily activities within a warm, supportive team. Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is required.
• Candidate should be resilient, flexible and composed in approach.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support and reflective practice is preferred.
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including distress and mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Help residents gain independence in daily living activities.
• Assist with personal care and daily routines.
• Encourage residents to access local communities and social activities.
• Participate in group activities and outings.
