Komplex Community invites you to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred supported living for adults with autism and learning disabilities in Wolverhampton. You’ll work 12-hour shifts, including waking nights, providing daily tasks, emotional support and helping residents grow independence.

Qualifikationen

• A Full UK (manual) driving licence.
• At least 1 year of experience in care or support (desirable).
• Compassion, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
• Confidence working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge.
• Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping.
• Flexibility to work across services in Shropshire and Staffordshire.
• Team-first attitude and commitment to delivering person-centred care.

Aufgaben

• Supporting individuals with essential daily tasks such as cooking, personal care, cleaning, and budgeting.
• Encouraging independence and building confidence through meaningful activities and community access.
• Being a calm, reliable presence during difficult times, offering emotional reassurance and structure.
• Promoting routines and relationships that help people feel safe, respected, and included.
• Monitoring and recording progress, recognizing and celebrating small wins daily.
• Working regular 12-hour shifts — including waking nights — to provide consistent and high-quality care.
