Keyline Care Supported Living in Loughborough is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs lead independent, fulfilling lives. The role covers 36 hours per week at £13.50 per hour, with days and waking nights, including weekends and bank holidays.

Comprehensive in-person training, personal development opportunities, casual dress, and 28 days of annual leave (including bank holidays) are provided.

Formación

• Minimum one year's experience in a support or care role.
• Confident working with individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge.
• Strong communication skills and emotional resilience.
• A passion and drive to make a difference.
• A team player with a proactive, person-centred approach.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and support independence, dignity and respect at all times.
• Support individuals with daily living activities, including medication, meals, shopping, budgeting, and household tasks.
• Encourage social inclusion and confidence in the community.
• Monitor and promote individuals' physical and mental wellbeing.
• Follow and implement person-centred support plans.
• Support individuals with personal goals and de‑escalate challenging behaviours.
