Keyline Care Supported Living in Loughborough is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. You will help individuals lead safe, independent lives, support daily routines and personal growth, and work as part of a caring team.

The role offers 36 hours per week, a full-time contract, training, development opportunities, and 28 days of annual leave. Casually dressed, you’ll contribute to a supportive, person-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a support or care role.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good level of spoken and written English for communication and safeguarding.

Responsabilités

• Promote independence, dignity and respect in daily care.
• Assist with daily living activities including meals, medications, shopping and budgeting.
• Support individuals with personal goals and goals in their plans.
• Maintain accurate daily records and incident forms.
• Collaborate with the team to provide high-quality, consistent support.
