Job summary

You will work within BANES Council’s supported living service across the Bath and North East Somerset area, joining a supportive team and contributing to people’s wellbeing and activity.

Qualifications

• Care experience preferred but not essential
• Transferable skills suitable for care roles
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role

Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals to support communication and choices
• Assist with personal care as required
• Help with meals and hydration to the level needed
• Ensure medications are taken as directed and support wellbeing
