We support people who have learning disabilities and/or autism and other needs.
Our services are growing and in order to support that we need to increase our team of bank workers. Bank workers cover when our contracted staff have planned training, annual leave and meetings. They also cover short-term sickness and ensure people we support have consistent and well-trained staff people helping them with whatever they need.
Our bank support workers can work across any of our services that they choose to, subject to having the right training and a full induction for that service.
