Job summary

Nurse Seekers in West Mersea is recruiting a Support Worker to provide person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities and autism. The role involves helping with daily routines, personal care and community activities, in a friendly, supportive team.

We offer varied shifts, with minimum 35 hours per week and a pay rate of £12.80 per hour + DOE. The role emphasises dignity, independence and building trusting relationships with those supported.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
• Driver with UK driving licence.

• Supporting individuals with daily routines and personal care.
