Waterbury House in Ford, West Sussex invites a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live as independently as possible.

You’ll join Consensus Support Services, a Great Place to Work® focused on person-centred care. The role offers a starting rate of £12.96 per hour, with progression to £13.26 per hour and a 37.5-hour weekly rota, including flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care is welcome, but personal values are most important.
