Job summary

Thera Trust seeks enthusiastic support workers to join our inclusive team, supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will help individuals achieve personal goals, provide personal and emotional support, assist with planning and managing their home, and help with leisure, employment, and travel.

No previous experience required as full training will be provided. You may work in clients' own homes or out in the community.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications required as full training will be provided.
• You must be comfortable with lone working & supporting individuals with Mental Health Needs
• Compassionate, Caring and Confident
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional
• Keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems

• Support adults with learning disabilities in their daily lives.
• Help individuals develop new skills and achieve personal goals.
