Job summary

Potens Group in Crewe is seeking Support Workers to join our brand-new Supported Living Service at Stanley House.

Stanley House provides high-quality specialist supported living services for twelve adults aged 18 and over, located in the heart of Crewe.

You will help residents with daily living, encourage activities, and support independence while safeguarding their wellbeing. Flexible shifts and a rewarding role are offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to support adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.
• Ability to encourage independence and personal development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of residents.

Responsibilities

• Support adults 18+ with moderate needs in daily activities.
• Encourage participation in service and community activities.
• Develop skills to enhance independence and quality of life.
• Ensure safeguarding and report concerns.
