Job summary

The role involves personal care, daily activities, medication support, and social engagement, with flexible shifts and a collaborative team environment. Previous care experience and an Enhanced DBS are desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care or support work.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
• NVQ Level 3 in childcare or equivalent (desirable not essential).
• References covering the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with varying needs, ensuring they can live fulfilling and independent lives.
• Assist with personal care, daily activities, medication management, and social engagement, tailored to each individual's requirements.
• Offer practical support and emotional encouragement to help clients achieve personal goals.
