Northern Lifetime Limited is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist a 51-year-old man with brain injury, physical challenges and visual impairment. You’ll help with meals, light domestic tasks and daily activities, driving his car, and providing daytime and evening support in his home and local community.

The role requires flexibility for weekends by arrangement, DBS clearance, and a collaborative approach with the Case Manager and family. Training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive client’s own automatic vehicle.
• Experience with light domestic duties and meal preparation.
• Respect client confidentiality and support plans.

Responsabilités

• Work with client in own home and community activities.
• Provide daytime and evening support.
• Carry out light domestic tasks and meal prep.
• Act as driver for local and occasional longer trips.
• Offer cover for holidays and sickness as needed.
• Follow care plan with Case Manager and family.
• Undergo training and supervision as agreed.
• Support client in personal care as required.
• Provide daily prompts for personal care and domestic tasks.
• Join client on holidays and weekends away if needed.
