Job summary

Independent Living Solutions Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a young adult in daily living and community activities. You will provide person-centred care, help with personal needs, and support participation in hobbies.

The role involves evenings/weekends, occasional sleep-ins, and driving to client activities. Training, DBS and ongoing supervision are provided to ensure high-quality care and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
• Confident in using IT and basic communication devices.
• Willing to travel and support in community activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support in the family home and community.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks.
• Support hydrotherapy sessions and collaborate with therapists.
• Promote safeguarding, privacy, and professional boundaries.
