Job summary

Prosperity Care & Wellbeing is seeking a compassionate Support Worker - Driver in Cheltenham. This 45-hour week role combines personal care, mobility support and daily living tasks for a young man who uses an AAC device.

You will drive his adapted vehicle, accompany him to college, appointments and social activities, and keep accurate records in care plans. A full UK driving licence is required and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assist with moving and handling to ensure safety.
• Support daily living activities and mobility.
• Encourage independence and choice in activities.
• Support communication using an AAC device.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be confident driving the adapted vehicle.
