Prosperity Care & Wellbeing is seeking a compassionate Support Worker - Driver to assist a young man in his 20s who uses an AAC device to communicate. You will help with daily living, mobility, and community access, while driving his adapted vehicle.
This role requires a full UK driving licence and a confident driver. The position is 45 hours per week with shifts across early and late patterns, offering valuable training and progression opportunities.
Location: Cheltenham
Shift Pattern: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 10pm, 7am -10pm
Hours: 45 hours per week
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Driver Requirement: Full UK driving license required and confidence driving the individual's vehicle.

He has reduced muscle tone and coordination and requires support with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility. He has a great sense of humour and enjoys spending time with people who can share a laugh and engage in the things he loves.

Experience is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
