Prosperity Care & Wellbeing is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist adults with complex needs in Gloucestershire. The role involves promoting life skills, daily tasks, and community activities, with a 2:1 support ratio and a requirement for a full manual UK driving licence.

You will work across services and contribute to a person-centered care approach. We offer a competitive pay rate of £13.00 per hour, with opportunities for development and staff benefits within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for adults with complex needs.
• Full manual UK Driving Licence required.
• Willingness to support individuals with challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Promote life skills, independence and education for people with diverse needs.
• Assist with personal care and daily tasks as required.
• Encourage and accompany people on activities and community outings.
• Work in a 2:1 support ratio with the people we support.
