Prosperity Care & Wellbeing Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker with a valid UK driving licence to support a young man with complex needs in Cheltenham. The role involves daily living support, personal care, mobility, and accompanying him to college and activities.
You will work 45 hours per week on a 7am–3pm / 3pm–10pm / 7am–10pm shift pattern. You will be required to provide compassionate care, follow care plans, and maintain detailed records.

Shift Pattern: 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 10pm, 7am -10pm
Hours: 45 hours per week
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Sponsorship: We are unable to offer sponsorship at this time.
Driver Requirement: Full UK driving license required and confidence driving the individual's vehicle.

About the Person You’ll Be Supporting & Your Role
You will be supporting a young man in his 20s who uses an AAC device to communicate. He has reduced muscle tone and coordination and requires support with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility. He enjoys Monster Trucks, Country Music, Harry Potter, and attending college during the week. He has a great sense of humour and enjoys spending time with people who can share a laugh and engage in the things he loves.
This is a rewarding role where you'll help him maintain his independence, access the community, and enjoy the things he loves.
