Cygnet is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to join our Leeds-based Gotts Park Yorkshire Supported Living service. You will work full time (42 hours weekly) across 12-hour shifts, with an alternating weekend pattern on a two-week rolling rota, providing person-centred care to individuals with diverse needs.
Salary starts at £13.15 per hour, rising to £13.70 after 18 months, with additional benefits and learning opportunities, including an apprenticeship pathway and wellbeing support.

You’ll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Gotts Park - Yorkshire Supported Living Leeds. Supported Living in Leeds provides eighteen tenancies, the service empowers individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently. The service offers personalised and tailored support in a private space, allowing the people we support to hold their own tenancy with a registered housing association. We know how important it is for individuals to have the right support so they can live the life they want to live. We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. This specialist service supports individuals who may have been previously detained within a hospital setting and are ready for a step-down placement with in the local community.

Salary: £13.15 per hour, rising to £13.45 per hour after three months (£29,435.70 first year), rising to £13.70ph after 18 months
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
